Hi! My name is Coral Winfrey.

For the past 5 years I’ve been on a huge healing journey, and when I say healing, I mean peeling away years worth of trauma, detaching from old patterns, and “friends” while trying to unravel who I truly am.

 
My childhood wasn’t the white picket fence kind of life. It was chaos, poverty, abuse, and lack of support. This took me on a self sabotaging path of more hurt, or what seemed to be normal, in other terms “what I deserved”.

 
Being in counselling since elementary school, and therapy in my adult years, deep down I knew there was still more hurt that hadn’t surfaced.

 
I wanted more for myself, I knew I deserved more than the cards that were dealt to me. So I started doing a lot of healing work on my own in solitude. Countless hours of meditating, journaling, pilates, yoga, detaching from old friends, old patterns, and indulging in spirituality. 

But still I knew there was more to be healed.

 
One day I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy.  

That’s the day I experienced a huge shift in my life. 

I still can remember the goosebumps 

which riddled my body that day.

 
I did thorough research, which turned into healing sessions, and that gave me a huge wake up call on what I had been  suppressing since the age of 5 years old. Memories I wasn’t even cautiously aware of were surfacing, and evidently it transformed my life cause everything just made sense.

 
You can’t change what you don’t acknowledge, but if you know the root in which in came from and acknowledge it, you have the power to let it go!

 
I knew right then, I wanted to share this with everyone I knew who was struggling. So I applied for the schooling which was out of the United Kingdom, I had to get accepted in which I did, and I passed with honors. Which lead me down a very deep understanding of my healing journey.

 
I feel some of the best teachers are the ones who have been through the trenches, which is why I’ve always had a strong desire to help others.

 
I now understand why I walked so many different paths in my life. It was so I could be here in this divine moment to show the world that you can heal your past, see what’s holding you back and become the best version of yourself!
